3 months till EDD!!!
Its officially 3 months till my due date!!! I feel like I have so much to do still. There is tons of work in the Nursery to do. Why do I have to like things just so? It makes for a lot of work and perfection..lol. Well I did order a car seat, pack N play, swing and changing pad yesterday!! That makes me feel great!! Then this morning I ordered her a beautiful custom made crib set off of Etsy!! I will give you a sneak peek into that today. I cant wait to get her room done :)

Alot of life drama!! bit of a reflection!
I am 26 weeks today!!! That means that I am officially in the 2 digits. My daughter will be here is under 100 days.... 98 to be exact!!! Something about that seems all so exciting and totally overwhelming at the same time. Dont get me wrong I cant wait to have my baby in my arms and be looking down into her eyes, but that is in just over 3 months...... I still have a nursery to do for her and buy pretty much EVERYTHING!! I feel so unprepared.
This year has been a real roller coaster of emotions. We started off the year with the knowledge that I was pregnant and going to possibly have a baby by the middle of the year. Well that possibly is looking more and more like reality.
We just recently had an unexpected death in the family. My grandfather passed away last week and we had the funeral for him this past Saturday. He was 87 years old and really healthy as a horse. This came as a surprise the day we got the phone call that he had had a heart attack. A heart attack of all things were not on my radar of ways this man could or would pass. True to that, yes he had a heart attack but not from any blockages but from a "tired" heart. He was a man of many passions and past times. He would rarely be found relaxing or resting, there was always something to be done. So as sad as his passing was the cause was as fitting as any.
We have also been on a really bumpy Roller Coaster ride to do with finances. That is a story that I prefer not to get into too many details but just know it has played a huge part of our lives this year.
I cant wait for the light at the end of the tunnel and some of these journeys.

Pregnancy Survey
How far along? 25 weeks today!
Size of Baby? 13.5 inches and just over a pound and a half! About the size of a cauliflower
Total weight gain: I know some of you might start to get angry, but still 0!! :)
Maternity clothes? Still only need pants
Sleep: Still pretty good. I keep having my vivid dreams which interupts my quality of sleep and I usually wake up once in the night. Pretty good though.
Miss anything? Cant think of anything right now.
Movement: Tons and Tons!! I have felt Bug, Mark has felt Bug, We have both seen bug move.... So cool!! Totally one of the best parts of pregnancy for sure! (Bug is moving as I type) Oh yeah and Bug's favorite spot to kick or punch is my Cervix. I can tell you that is not comfortable, she hits a nerve every time and sends a shock, OUCH!!
Food cravings: Not a whole lot lately!
Anything making you queasy or sick: Yes!!! I still throw up about 2ce a week. Smells affect me, or if I eat too much, and it seems like most days I am getting nauseous again.
Gender: GIRL!!!!! I just love saying that!! I am going to have a daughter :)
Labor signs: Absolutely none!! Cervix is still long and closed!!!
Symptoms: I have been having some intense pressure, and round ligament pain lately.
Belly button in or out? In, I am not sure if it'll ever be anything else!
Wedding rings on or off? Still on!!
Happy or moody most of the time: These past couple of weeks I have gone through a lot of sadness. I felt weepy all the time. That seems to have somewhat gone away now.......... hopefully.
Looking forward to: I am looking forward to having a bigger more noticeable belly. It has changed for sure but I want everyone to know I am pregnant!!
